How do we offset the carbon emissions?
Sendle has partnered with South Pole Group to offset the emissions of every parcel that is picked up and delivered for us. Basically, whatever CO2e you emit is canceled out by a process known as 'offsetting'—that is, supporting projects that reduce emissions, like regenerating precious forest, replacing old equipment with more efficient technology, or even training communities in beekeeping! Each year, as part of Sendle's community of business owners; we have been given the opportunity to direct our impact by choosing the projects that offset Sendle's carbon emissions!
Beyond Carbon Offsetting.
Before offsetting comes reductions to prevent the release of CO₂ (and air pollutants) in the first place. Sendle’s network prevents emissions by filling the unused capacity in trucks already on the road. They are a Climate Neutral Certified company, and committed to even more carbon reductions to achieve net zero emissions by 2030.
Shipping takes between 5-10 Business Days.
Although we cannot 100% guarantee the exact shipping date before-hand, our delivery provider’s estimates are typically spot-on and we are excellent about getting your items to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that our products are always custom-curated fresh in-house and not sitting on a warehouse shelf.
We take pride in custom-making orders and handcrafting our product formulas with only the freshest quality ingredients stocked weekly. Normal orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order and arrive within 7 days. When experiencing a significantly greater amount of orders than usual, we require more ingredients on-hand. To keep delivery times as accurate as possible, we mark these on-demand items as “backordered”. Backordered items are guaranteed delivered within 14 days from your date of purchase although shorter delivery dates are often possible.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation via e-mail verifying your purchase and order information. Within the next few days you will receive your shipping confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number and link with your shipment’s detailed tracking status via our shipping provider SENDLE. Our e-mail will additionally provide the USPS tracking number.
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order for any reason at all, you may rightfully do so as long as it falls within 72 hours after purchase. If you made a mistake regarding personal information on your order such as the shipping address - please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, after 72 hours we cannot absolutely guarantee requested changes will be successfully applied.

Delays are uncommon, but they may happen occasionally. If it’s still within two business days of the delivery estimate, there’s no need to worry. Your parcel should be there soon! More than 98% of items marked as arriving late by our shipping provider are delivered within 2 days of the delivery estimate.
If two days have passed and your package still has not arrived, we will immediately launch an investigation with Sendle. You will receive an e-mail with the details and be notified of all updates.
In the rare occasion that a package is late or taking longer than normal, we will contact our delivery provider to open an investigation on your behalf.
Sendle will launch an investigation with USPS. The first step in their investigation will be to start a local depot search. This will involve speaking to the drivers and doing a manual search through the depot to find the parcel. Should the parcel not turn up at this stage, the investigation will expand to a national search. During a national search, Sendle will check all the depots in their capital and regional centers. As they have to wait for all long distance and interstate parcel cages to arrive, this can take up to 5 days. You will be notified via e-mail and updated in real time on your order’s tracking page.
We are meticulous with every single order and this includes taking precautions with the packaging, shipping, and tracking of your items. There are zero instances in which a customer received incorrect, missing, or damaged products or never received their order in its entirety.
In the extremely rare case that either of these should ever occur, we will replace your order by sending you new products once the shipment is officially confirmed as lost/damaged.
In order to successfully report an item as damaged - simply contact us within 5 business days of your package being marked as delivered and include images of the packaging, visible shipping label, and damaged item(s). We will submit these along with a report on your damaged items to the shipping provider on your behalf.
Our shipping provider always reports exactly how or where the item was delivered (“In/At Mailbox”, "Behind Gate", “Handed To Individual”, etc.). If your tracking number states the order is delivered and you have looked for your parcel anywhere it could possibly be around the designated area — the next step is filing a “Missing Parcel Enquiry” with Sendle. Even if marked as delivered, we are beyond willing to file a report and communicate to the shipping provider on your behalf to help come to a resolution.
Because we offer far more product assurance than normal, we do not generally accept returns/refunds past outgoing shipping date. We are a local, independently-owned business that take pride in curating orders fresh for our clientele. We provide personalized sales assistance and completely customized recommendations for those interested. We offer this in its most basic form as a survey submission with an e-mail response including an individualized plan — and more personally by direct e-mail or text/voice message with our brand owner. We are always willing to discuss your skin type, conditions, and concerns and how our products can align with your specific goals. Additionally, we offer smaller versions of our best-selling serum/moisturizer directly on our store as well as other product samples by special request.
