You will first receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation via our shipping provider. Hence, it is important you use a valid email address at check-out.
We believe that when a client makes a purchase, we shouldn’t be able to process a payment before we process your shipping.
Therefore, we begin the shipping processing while your payment is processing.
By the time the payment is done processing, the shipping will be finished processing and ready for immediate ship-out.
Your tracking number via SENDLE is provided to you shortly after your payment is made.

Delays are uncommon, but they can happen occasionally.
If it’s still within two business days since the delivery estimate, there’s no need to worry. Your parcel should be there soon! More than 98% of items marked as late by our shipping fulfillment company are delivered within 2 days of the delivery estimate.
If two days pass and your item is still late, you may e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out with a text message to 310.400.0887 including your SENDLE confirmation number.
If you have not already — we will take it upon ourselves to launch an investigation immediately with SENDLE.
Our shipping provider always reports how exactly the item was delivered (examples: “Left at front door”, “Handed to individual, etc.)
If you have looked for your parcel anywhere it could possibly be around the designated area— the next step is filing a “Missing Parcel Enquiry” with SENDLE.
You may do this yourself, or we may also do this on your behalf.. please contact us if we haven’t already and it is of your preference!
SENDLE will launch an investigation with USPS.
The first step in the investigation will be to start a local depot search.
This will involve speaking to the drivers and doing a manual search through the depot to find the parcel.
Should the parcel not turn up at this stage, the investigation will expand to a national search.
During a national search, SENDLE will check all the depots in their capital and regional centers.
As they have to wait for all long distance and interstate parcel cages to arrive, this can take up to 5 days.
All updates on the search will be given to you on the parcel’s tracking page.
In the beyond rare case that your item cannot be retrieved, you will immediately be sent a new parcel upon the conclusion of SENDLE’S investigative results.
